Comments submitted to this website may be rejected, approved or edited by J. D. Bartlett or his agents at their sole discretion.

In response to recent irrelevant comments, the following guidelines will be taken into account:

• Comments must be relevant* to either (a) the article on which they are submitted; or (b) other approved comments in the comment thread.
• Comments must be civil.
• Comments may not contain irrelevant hyperlinks.

These guidelines automatically exclude all happy spam. That is all. Move along now.

* It helps to prove that you’ve read the article by actually referring to something the article talks about.
